Pricing FAQ
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Premium at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. You can also downgrade back to Free, though premium features will be locked until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor.
Is there a free trial for Premium?
While we don't offer a traditional trial period, our Free plan gives you unlimited time to explore μcor and decide if Premium features are right for you. You can upgrade anytime with no commitment.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial Premium purchase if you're not satisfied. After 14 days or for renewal charges, we don't offer refunds but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Your projects are always safe! If you downgrade from Premium to Free, any workspaces with more than 10 modules will be locked until you remove modules or upgrade again. All your work is preserved and accessible once you're back within the Free plan limits.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees, ever. The price you see is the price you pay. Premium is $19/month, period. No setup fees, no per-project charges, no surprise costs.
